C-We'll need to contact our print vendor to start the process of getting things fixed

3 - What is Printful and how are they involved in my order / return?

Printful is the vendor we use to fulfill your order. They receive the order, print it and ship it to you. If you have an problem with your order, they will be involved. Don't worry, we'll figure it out together!
